hmm... we're in Conception Bay East + Bell Island. I'll put out the word, though...
Unfortunately, my father didn't receive the nomination, so that's that. The final vote was only a 1000, about 400 going to the winner (Ed Buckingham) and around 300 going to dad.
Thanks for the support to all those who went to bat for him, I'm hoping he gives it another crack.
Ack, that definitely sucks. I'm with you though, if this is something he'd like to do I definitely hope he goes for a nomination again.
